Global Mandates will create an open source, participatory democracy forum and invite individuals online from anywhere in the world to vote on and participate in the creation of global goals and plans to fulfill them.  Global Mandates is naturally allied with World democracy and free speech efforts, environmental movements, public interest groups, labor unions, Amnesty International and all groups supporting more global cooperation and assistance.  The philosophy of Global Mandates is mutualism - that it is a fundamental human right to be informed and involved in decisions that effect you, those that depend on you, your commons, your environment and your world.  Global Mandates strives, along with other rights groups, to legally assert and create global rights to speech, participation, voting and mutualism.
